A large family newly built home on the edge of a peaceful Devon countryside village.
The attractive two-storey bungalow was built by Goldsworthy Builders on a greenfield site in West Hill. An exclusive village in the heart of East Devon.
Goldsworthy worked with the architects to design an 4 bedroom home, featuring an open plan kitchen/dinning area, living room, and double garage, on a gated plot, all finished to a high specification.
Grey brick was chosen for the base of the property, matching the grey of the glazing. Whilst the cream rendering above creates a contrast. A feature was made of the two-storey central element of the house, with timber cladding. Timber cladding also features on the double garage, creating a contrast from the main house.
Having worked with us on previous projects Aspect Windows was the first choice for the glazing in the Goldsworthy’s latest project.
The property features four dual coloured aluminium bi-folding doors, which opens the property up to the large garden. A curtain wall feature, with opening casement windows in the master bedroom. Plus double patio doors with full length tilt and turn windows either side which can be opened up for ventilation
Pitched rooflights in the hall way allows light to reach the upstairs. Rooflights also sit over the bi-folding doors allowing additional light to reach the kitchen/dining room.
An aluminium entrance door, which matches the colour of the windows, features a letter box, long bar handle and glass panel.
All in anthracite grey (RAL 7016) external and white (9910 gloss hippca white) internally. With stainless steel hardware.
